Term One Quad Performance

We had a keen group of Level One Music students perform in the Quad recently. It was a great chance for the boys to have a jam and for the rest of the school to experience what our music department is all about.  The music created a great vibe throughout the school and built up nicely to the welcoming of our Te Wero boys back from there adventure. Thanks to the boys who performed and help set up.

Well done to all boys who competed in the Idol Competition. 2nd place went to Arapeta Paea, and 1st place went to a talented young man... Madison Makiri. Congratulations Madison!

Itinerant Lessons

Itinerant Lessons have started for the year with full timetables for Mr Breakwell and Mrs Huston. The boys are really enjoying lessons so far and are developing their practical knowledge on their chosen instrument.

School Choir

Our first rehearsal of the Choir with Vocal Tutor Elisha Fai was very impressive and Week 2 was even better. Over 40 boys have shown interest and attended the two practices so far. The goal is to work hard and compete in the National Big Sing Choir Competition.
